Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to work in a local primary school in Hartlepool, Teesside. Starting in June 2024 until the end of the academic year. The school based in Hartlepool are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and positive Administrative Assistant to join a passionate, friendly and hardworking team.

About the Role:

Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Hartlepool (TS25)
Contract Type: Temporary for 1 term initially
Start Date: June 2024

The desired candidate will have prior knowledge and experience working within a school office. A qualification with knowledge of using SIMs would also be of an advantage. Pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS disclosure will be carried out in relation to successful candidates.
Two satisfactory employment references will also be required. This position will be full time, working 08:30 until 15:30. This will commence as soon as possible and will be long term for the right person.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Admin Assistant position, you will:
