Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

This Project Manager role will see you joining a Developer who specialise in the design and construction of state of the art health care facilities and nursing homes across the UK. Their aim is to set new standards in the health care construction industry ensuring their projects not only meet current needs but also anticipate the future demands of health care.
This would see you being apart of their goal to becoming the leading health care construction company by fostering a culture of excellence, integrity and collaboration within their team.

The role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all daily aspects of the site ensuring programme control, site efficiency, productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

Manage and supervise daily operations at the site
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
Coordinate labour, materials and equipment effectively
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders
Conduct regular inspections

Resolve any issues on siteAbout you:

Proven track record In managing traditional construction projects up to £15 million
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
