Are you a HSE Manager looking for your next career move? I’m on the lookout for a hands-on and experienced Project HSE Manager to lead HSE initiatives across new onshore projects. You will be working for global leader in engineering services for the design, construction and operation of complex infrastructures and plants in the energy sector.
The role is located in Kinston-Upon-Thames 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home. They are open to both permanent staff and contract employees.
Key Responsibilities: Project HSE Manager
Advise and support Project Director and Manager on HSE activities/issues.
Coordinate with Project Management, Client HSE representatives, and Company QHSE Management.
Plan and oversee project HSE personnel activities in offices and on sites.
Develop and manage Project HSE Management System during engineering and development phases.
Ensure compliance with Contract, Client HSE Requirements, Company HSE Standards, and local/international regulations.
Conduct HSE audits, lead investigations, and develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
Evaluate, review, and monitor HSE activities and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with Corporate and Client HSE requirements.
Key Requirements: Project HSE Manager
Proven hands-on HSE experience in complex infrastructure projects.
NEBOSH certified.
Experience working onshore and offshore.
In-depth knowledge of international HSE standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across diverse project teams.
