As our Inventory Manager, you’ll be accountable for:

Inventory Management:

Be the go-to person for all things stock and logistics.

Monitor, maintain and replenish the stock levels at our HQ, holding sites and customer sites.

Ensure there is sufficient inventory to support our customers across our product lifecycle, from new installation through to operational support.

Produce weekly and monthly stock reports.

Work with the Network Capacity & Efficiency Manager to ensure minimum stock levels and mitigate any associated risk.

Create, update and maintain our procedures, work instructions and ISO Documentation to ensure it is fit for purpose and up to date.

Inventory Configuration:

Action requests internally, and provide support with the configuration and licensing of items prior to deployment.

Work with our Resource team to identify trends in faulty equipment to undertake fault diagnosis and derive associated risks, issues, and recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Experience in inventory management preferably in the Networking or Telecoms industry.

Experience dealing with suppliers and / or carriers directly with key vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Extreme.

Proven experience of process improvement and driving efficiencies.

Experience in stock audits over multiple sites.

Experience working in a fast-paced SMR environment.

Skilled in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Attention to detail.

Communication skills.

A Network Engineer background would be a massive plus if you’re looking for something new!

THE NITTY-GRITTY:

This is a full-time role; you'll be working 37.5 hours per week.

But there’s no weekend work, it's Monday to Friday.

It's a permanent position.

This role is office-based, here in our Solihull HQ!
