Cover Supervisor
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of regular teaching staff. You will supervise students across various subjects and year groups, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment during teacher absences.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teaching staff.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
Maintain discipline and uphold school policies and procedures.
Support students' learning by providing assistance and guidance as needed.
Liaise effectively with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Salary: £95-£105 per day.
