Purchasing Adviser
Location: One Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with with our clients Customers and Vehicle Suppliers to identify vehicle requirements.
• Liaise with dealers, obtain quotations, and issue vehicle purchase orders.
• Progress vehicle orders weekly, ensuring systems and customers are updated.
• Coordinate new vehicle delivery between dealers and customers.
• Handle supplier vehicle invoices promptly and efficiently.
• Manage customer expectations with finesse.
• Report weekly using our Purchasing systems and internal SLA's.
About You:
• Ideally have knowledge of vehicle leasing products other manufacturers.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C or above.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with the capacity to meet strict deadlines.
• Confident, customer-focused communicator.
Demonstrated high level of Customer service experience and initiative.
Additional Skills:
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic, inquisitive, and curious mindset.
