This exceptional school, for both Primary and Secondary aged learners, needs passionate SEN Teaching Assistants who are eager to make a difference by supporting students with Autism!
Role:
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £75.00 - £85.00 Per Day
Responsibilities:
• Providing invaluable support to learners aged 5-19 within an SEN School environment.
• Fostering an environment contributing to the growth and development of students with Autism.
• Collaborating closely with peers, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Requirements:
• Committed to achieving positive outcomes for the young people they work with.
• A genuine eagerness to contribute to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) education.
• Exhibit a sincere passion for supporting young individuals with SEND.
• Have approachable demeanour and the necessary skills to engage effectively with learners in an SEN setting.
• No experience necessary.
• Demonstrate passion for assisting young people with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities.
• Long-term commitment.
