Coulter Elite Resourcing is an independent recruitment consultancy supplying permanent and contract personnel from office junior through to the highest levels of management both locally and nationally.
To keep up with our continued growth and expansion within our commercial division we are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Account Manager based our office in Peterborough to support our existing client base. You will be a driven individual who has a passion for relationship building and is excited at the prospect of changing people’s lives.
We’re offering full training and an incredible career path for the right person.
Our approach is both professional and friendly which enables us to provide a unique personalised service to our clients on an Account Managed basis. Our business is incredibly team focused, working together to achieve team goals. Although recruitment experience is desirable, it is not essential, and we are open to talking with someone who is looking for a change of career.
Job Specification
• You will be working alongside a close knit team of dedicated commercial recruiters.
• You will manage existing relationships within the current business and help them to recruitment across their vacancies.
• Build strong rapport with clients and candidates, strengthening existing relationships.
• Throughout the year you will be expected to carry out client meetings to help strengthen existing relationships.
• Engage with candidates daily, using a variety of sourcing tools to highlight, select and interview relevant candidates for client vacancies.
• Full training is provided in-house, helping you build the skills to master a new industry.
Person Specification:-
• An excellent relationship builder
• Confident and great communicator
• Must have the ability to work well on your own and as part of a dedicated fun team
• If you have recruitment experience then great, if not don’t worry, but must be keen to learn a new industry and show willingness to develop in role
