We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the team at our Scarborough site. Responsible for administrative support for to the key processes of CNC manufacturing and outsourcing, this role reports in to our CNC Operations Team Leader.

Your dream role:

We need Technical Administrator to provide administrative support to the key processes of CNC manufacture and Outsourcing. Whilst ensuring all documents are issued, updated and controlled and all stock is accounted for on Syspro. To endorse and promote ADL core Vision & Values

 •  This is a permanent, full time, site-based position, working Monday – Thursday 6:45 – 16:30.

Main Responsibilities:

 •  Ensure all CNC raw material is allocated to the relevant contracts on SYSPRO.
 •  Ensure all CNC scope of supply documents are created in good time and are accurate to allow on time manufacture.
 •  Ensure all CNC parts are accounted for on the relevant delivery notes Maintain Part Data in Syspro.
 •  CNC Scope of supply creation and details management.
 •  CNC Nest creation for Flat and Form details.
 •  Ensure that CNC Raw Material is ordered and receipted.
 •  Ensure CNC parts manufactured are booked into Syspro warehouse.
 •  Data management to be completed in line with agreed product planning milestones.
 •  Target Zero errors in data input.
 •  Issue of relevant reports in line with agreed calendars.
 •  Endorse and promote ADL core Vision & Values.

What you will bring:

 •  Effective time management skills demonstrating flexibility and the ability to react effectively to changing demands/environment in a challenging, demanding environment.
 •  Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
 •  Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to convince others and influence outcome.
 •  Be capable of networking and building strong relationships both internally and externally at all levels.
 •  Strong problem analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.
 •  Ability to plan activities, meet assigned schedules and achieve planned targets and objectives.
 •  Team working ability but also self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
 •  Good analytical skills.
 •  Demonstrable record of achievement in a similar role. Typically, this will require experience in an MRP/ERP systems and data management with the ability to carry out admin tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 •  Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
