Key responsibilities:
Undertaking carpentry repairs for both occupied and void properties.
As well as undertaking other minor works
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting and decorating.

The successful candidate:
Carpentry/Joiner experience
A carpentry and joining Qualification is desirable
