Are you considering your next career move? Join our clients' highly successful team at a local veterinary practice. Our client is seeking individuals interested in a hands-on role, focusing on further developing nurse clinics and performing Schedule 3 procedures where possible.
This role offers an opportunity to become part of a locally owned practice dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient and customer care, taking ownership of tasks.
• Manage bookings efficiently and professionally.
• Welcome clients and their pets, maintaining a professional image and sensitivity to their needs.
• Adhere to all surgery policies and procedures, including Health and Safety Regulations.
• Administer medications accurately and maintain precise records.
• Assist Veterinary Surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Prepare, identify, and record radiography results.
• Conduct nurse clinics and provide clinical supervision to students.
Requirements:
• Qualified veterinary nurse
• Forward-thinking and adaptable mindset
• Willingness to develop skills or interests in specific nursing aspects
• Ability to work full-time (34-39 hours per week) with flexibility
• Availability to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, with no Sundays or out-of-hours commitments
