We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in Telford, a reputable firm specializing in Mechanical & Electrical building services for commercial, residential, office, and apartment projects. With a commitment to quality and excellence, our client offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team.
Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical aspects of various projects in Telford and Stoke. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all electrical aspects of projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams as needed.
• Liaise with clients to address any concerns or requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Requirements:
• Electrical qualifications and proven experience in electrical project management within the Mechanical & Electrical building services industry.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, office, and apartment projects.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Test & Inspection qualification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
