Program Manager, 1P Supply Efficiency - FTC

In this role, you will partner with technology, operations, and finance teams to define and roll out the long term strategy and monitor execution details for 1P Supply Expansion. You’ll work in a fast paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
Please note that this role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Key job responsibilities- You will handle complex product development, business management and take data driven decisions for both short and long term
- Brainstorm and derive long term product strategy , launch programs, establish and monitor key performance metrics, report on the status to Leadership
- Work in a cross functional environment across product, research, technology, operations, business and finance stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders and internal processes, and set high working standards for the organization
A day in the life
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You’ll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise.Together, you’ll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.
About the team

Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you’ll help Amazon’s transport run at maximum efficiency.Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions.
