Casualty Fraud Claims Handler – Bolton

This is an opportunity to manage a caseload of EL/PL clams as part of the casualty fraud team of a Top 100 ranked firm.

Handle EL/PL claims, including Pre-action disclosure and infant approval hearings
Respond to pre-action disclosure applications
Investigate claims and obtain witness statement

Experience Required

Previous experience handling personal injury files
Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets
