We are looking for a Retention Finance Manager to join our dynamic team, helping to shape the future of our client retention strategies and business growth. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work alongside sector finance, sales, and retention teams to develop compelling financial models and drive strategic decision-making.

- Work closely with Finance Business Partners and Sector Teams to estimate, review, and challenge retention requirements.
- Provide commercial options and scenario planning to create financially sustainable and attractive client proposals.
- Manage and accurately populate financial sign-off documentation and submissions.
- Own the bid timeline, ensuring deadlines are met for data collation, modelling, and stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct post-investment appraisals to extract lessons learned and refine future retention strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance, sales, and operational teams.
- Provide commercial insights and present financial strategies in client-facing meetings and site visits.What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
- Qualified Accountant or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in commercial finance or accounting.
- Strong commercial awareness, including scenario planning capabilities.
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Proven ability to business partner with non-finance professionals.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence to challenge senior management and drive strategic decision-making.
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
