The Role
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of car parts within our production facility. You will be responsible for leadinga team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothly
- Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materials
- Assist with problem-solving and drive continuous improvements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality control procedures
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
- Competitive hourly rate of £16.70
