The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Improvement Manager should have:

• Six sigma, Kaizen, lean delivery experience
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.

• A competitive salary range of approximately £60,000 - £65,000, with a car allowance.
