The Targeted Early Help Service are recruiting Senior Family Support Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to become a Senior Family Support Worker in the Targeted Early Help service. The Targeted Early Help service has been on a journey of change to ensure its continued growth and development is in line with local and national expectations.

Candidates are required to have sound experience of working and understanding the needs of children aged 0-19.

You will support the service in developing and implementing a more integrated model of practice, with greater co-location and integrated working with partner agencies, positioned across three localities, so that families experience a more joined up Early Help service offer.

As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will adopt 'Team around the Family' approach and ensure that this is reflected in the team's practice and service delivery. The successful candidate will work effectively within the practice standards and ensure that a high quality of work is embedded, and time frames are consistently applied.

This is an exciting time to join the team, as they strive to ensure outstanding practice in all areas of our early help work. In return, we will ensure that all candidates are supported through relevant training and a workforce plan. Supervision will be based on the principles of reflective practice to ensure that there is a consistent approach to practice across the localities.

If you are interested in this role please send your updated CV in the first instance.
