A dedicated team of staff work closely with each child, delivering an engaging and tailored curriculum that supports their individual needs and development.
The Role
We are seeking a committed and passionate teacher. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, supporting students with SEMH needs to reach their full potential in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons suited to the diverse needs of students.
- Support students in their academic, emotional, and social development.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist staff to ensure a collaborative approach to learning.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff.
- Promote positive behavior management strategies in line with school policies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with SEMH or additional needs
- A flexible and creative approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, resilience, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
