The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer with at least three years’ experience of managing their own sale and purchase caseload.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Department and take responsibility for a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters. Your caseload will encompass sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership transactions.

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required. The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills and level of PQE.
