Candidate Criteria- Run a caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This includes freehold to leasehold sales to purchases, from registered to unregistered matters
- Excellent client care and professional service. From advising clients on buying to selling, searches and drafting contracts to liaising with clients, mortgage lenders and estate agents
- Handle matters from inception to completion and post completion
