My client is looking for a Senior Planner and Planning Manager to join their thriving Planning team. This family-run firm offers a welcoming, friendly, and collaborative environment with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and manage planning applications, conditions, and appeal documentation for submission to Local Planning Authorities.
• Attend Planning Committee Meetings and Public Consultation Meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor and review local planning policies and strategies.
• Conduct research to inform planning applications.

Requirements:

• Experience Town Planning degree or similar, chartered on working towards chartership
• Confident in taking planning applications through local planning authority process.
• Experience in the private sector, housebuilding, or public sector.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Team player and good collaborator.
