We're partnering with a well-established and highly profitable manufacturing company based in Loughborough to find a talented Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As the Finance Manager, you'll take charge of a dynamic finance team, ensuring smooth financial operations and providing strategic support across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership and accounting skills to make a real impact within a thriving organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 5, including Credit Controllers, Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant, and Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Preparing and delivering monthly management accounts and sales analysis reports
- Reviewing and analysing KPIs and variance reports across the business
- Managing department and company-wide budgets
- Supporting the FD with the year-end audit process
- Conducting CAPEX analysis
- Ensuring timely submission of all statutory filings
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and the board
- Overseeing payroll, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal postings
- Reviewing monthly accounts to minimise mispostings and ensure accuracy
About You:
- Proven experience in managing a finance team
- Commutable to Loughborough
- Strong end-to-end accounting experience
- Either part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), fully qualified, or qualified by experience
