We are looking for experienced Support Workers to cover weekend shifts and work alongside our client and their established team. Our client prides themselves on providing high quality, safe person-centred care. It is important to our client to promote independence, choice, privacy, and dignity.
Duties will include- Providing support / encouragement with personal care, whilst promoting choice and dignity throughout.
- Assist with all aspects of nutritional and hydration needs.
- Participating in any activities booked in for service users each day.
- Encourage and develop knowledge of life skills and tasks.
To apply for this role, you must: Have 12 months experience within a UK Care Home Setting
Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of workHave an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service if not

The shift will be 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 choosing to work across the week from Monday to Sunday
Rate of Pay is £11.44 rising to £12.92 per hour after 12 weeks. we also pay an unsociable hour rate between 7pm and 7am at £17.09 per hour
