Based in Heanor, you will be working as a care assistant for people with aged related illnesses in an elderly residential care home. This is an extremeley rewarding job, caring for vulnerable people and assisting with needs to impact their daily lives.

You will be expected to deliver a high standard of care, including giving personal care, following care plans and completing paperwork.

To apply for this role, you must: Have 12 months experience within a UK Care Home Setting

Ables to provide references covering the last 2 years of work
Have an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service if not

This position is temporary and ongoing, starting immediately.

The shifts are as follows:

Morning: 0700 - 14:15

Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00

Rate of Pay is £11.44 rising to £12.92 per hour after 12 weeks. we also pay an unsociable hour rate between 7pm and 7am at £17.09 per hour
