They are a small and close knit team and are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their customers, ensuring the highest quality of service. Responsibilies:First point of contact for all customers advising on products, answering any enquries and resolving any queriesInputting and processing ordersPreparing and generating sales invoicesUpdating customers in line with deliveries and ensuring any amendments or changes are recorded and updatedAssisting across departments when the need arisesCandidate requirements:Experience in a Customer service Administration role with a strong focus on service levels providedExcellent communication skills via phone, email and face to faceStrong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloadWilling to support other team members when required and work in a small team
