We are seeking a Property Management Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic team, supporting the management of an expanding property portfolio across Northern England and Southern Scotland.Key Responsibilities:
Reconciling client monies and managing purchase ledgersHandling credit control and processing agent feesPreparing rental statements and managing client fundsCollaborating with property managers and the accounts team on bank reconciliationsManaging deposits and liaising with clients, colleagues, and contractors
About You:
Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage a busy workload and stay calm under pressureExcellent customer service and a can-do attitudeExperience in VAT and property-related accounts preferred but not essentialFull driving license and own car required
