This role will support the management of an expanding commercial and residential property portfolio. This position offers a great blend of accounts management and property portfolio work, ideal for someone seeking growth and development within the property management sector.Key responsibilities:
Reconciliation of client moniesCredit controlPurchase ledger managementPreparation of rental statements and transferring client moniesProcessing agent feesLiaising with Property Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accountsProcessing incoming and outgoing deposits

Possess excellent organisational and communication skillsBe able to prioritise a busy and demanding workload, staying calm under pressureDemonstrate strong customer service skillsBe enthusiastic, energetic, and determined to overcome challengesVAT experience preferredMaintain professionalism with clients, colleagues, and contractorsHave accounts experience property-related experience is desirable but not essentialPreferably have experience with service charges desirable but not essentialHold a full driving license and have access to a car for work
