An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Surgery and Digestive diseases Clinical Service Unit in the role of a Band 2 Endoscopy Booking Administrator
You will joining an experienced administration team based at Bradford Royal Infirmary as a Bookings Administrator.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- GCSE Standard or equivalent
- Customer Service training
Experience
Essential criteria- Ability to priortise workload and meet deadlines
- Use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft word, excel
- Minimum two years Office/Administration experience
- Use of Patient administration electronic systems
- Previous NHS experience
Skills
Essential criteria- Excellent Team Player
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Flexible attitude to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written command of English
- Customer Care Skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace without distraction

- Proven ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of office procedures
