Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective science lessons to students in line with the curriculum
• Inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching methods and practical experiments
• Develop lesson plans and assessments that cater to a range of abilities in the classroom
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Utilise technology and digital resources to enhance the learning experience
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve teaching skills
• Engage in school community activities

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge and passion for science subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
• Classroom management expertise to create a positive and disciplined learning environment
• Competence in using educational technology and digital tools to support teaching
• Strong organisational skills to plan and execute lessons efficiently

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related scientific field
• Teaching certification in secondary education (or equivalent)
• Previous teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting is preferred
