Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Interim Executive Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Organise and manage diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Produce high-quality documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Maintain effective office systems and procedures
  • Coordinate communication between departments
  • Contribute to team-wide initiatives and projects
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Participate in training and personal development activities as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Interim Executive Assistant' should have:

  • An educational background in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in secretarial and business support roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools
  • Ability to commute to Wigan.
