Executive Assistant (Workforce, Education & Strategy) | NHS England
This exciting role in NHSE is for a highly motivated individual to provide senior administrative and secretarial services within the North West Workforce Training & Education Directorate.
As part of the Operations & Oversight Team in the Workforce & Education Strategy (WES) Sub-Directorate, the Executive Assistant will undertake a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks, supporting senior Leaders, including Deputy Regional Directors.In addition to providing a comprehensive administrative service to senior leaders, they will take personal responsibility for a range of delegated tasks and projects, including support to finance and external governance processes and ad hoc project work.
- PA support to the Deputy Director of Workforce, Education & Strategy
- PA support to the Deputy Director of Health & Care Education
- PA support to the Head of Talent & Resourcing
- Use of Oracle (finance system) to support contracting and commissioning work
- Secretariat to key meetings
- Enabling local systems and providers to improve the health of their people and patients and reduce health inequalities.
