Senior Assistant Third Party Risk Management
As a Senior Assistant - Third Party Risk Management, you will be responsible for supporting the Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk Management Managers and the first-line business areas to implement and manage the bank-wide policy, methodology, governance and tooling.
Youll be required to perform controls testing to ensure the bank appropriately manages its risk. This is a full time permanent position. Key responsibilities Assist to generate and maintain the necessary Resilience Framework, Policy, Standards, procedures and controls on behalf of the 1LODSupport and maintain the Operational Resilience, Third Party, Outsourcing database and toolingConduct and evidence Controls Testing and Quality Assurance on Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk ControlsAssist to collate data and produce reporting to evidence risk status at board-level committeesAssist to complete education and awareness of Policy and controls requirementsManage the administrative work for the ORCC, including the role of Secretariat for the Operations Risk and Controls Committee.
Requirements Degree educated in Finance, Economics or AccountingExperience within the Financial Services industry and proven track record in similar business streamRelevant professional qualificationGood understanding of UK regulatory requirements on Third Party Risk managementFamiliar with Financial Services regulatory and risk controls frameworks, market changes and impact analysis.Good MS Excel skillsTeam playerExcellent English and Mandarin communication skills is preferred
