Corporate Partnerships Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible hours with 1 remote day

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their fundraising team. This role will be pivotal in securing long-term partnerships with local businesses, implementing a strategic approach to corporate fundraising, and expanding our donor base to support life-changing programs for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a strong pipeline of corporate partners to meet annual fundraising targets
• Manage and grow existing corporate relationships through tailored proposals and presentations
• Work closely with the wider team to organise stewardship events
• Explore additional income opportunities through major donors, grants, and community initiatives

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising or sales
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
• Ability to meet targets and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
