Our client based in the Amington area of Birmingham is seeking a number of motivated customer service agents to join their growing operation. As part of the company's expansion plans, you will be helping to support with booking energy meter servicing across a wide range of clients.
This is not a telesales role, and full training will be offered alongside a proven scripted introduction. Nevertheless, our customer is seeking applicants with an excellent phone manner along with the ability to use initiative when presented with unexpected situations.
The main responsibilities of the Contact Centre Operative includes:-- Making a large number of outbound calls
- Following script to co-ordinate planned works
- Maintaining standards of professionalism at all time with pphone conduct
- General data entry and populating of in-house CRM
To succeed in this role, we are looking for:
- 'Can-do' attitude
- Good phone manner and ability to build rapport
- Ability to hit clear call targets
- Some small amounts of prior experience in a contact centre / office environment
Rate of pay: £11.44, may be subject to review if/when you move into more specialist departments
