Our client's Accounts team at a prestigious Fashion & Beauty educational institution located near Oxford Street is seeking a skilled temporary Junior Finance Assistant to join them. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!

Role: Junior Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant
  • Based: Near Oxford Circus
  • Role: Temp role for 4 weeks
  • Fully office based
  • Hours: 09.00 - 17.00
  • Rate: £15.00 per hour
  • Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Support their finance team with any ad hoc duties as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Must have a DBS - this is not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
