Our client is looking for an experienced Probate Case Manager to join them at an extremely exciting time in the business's growth, tohelp them deliver their award-winning estate administration service to their clients.

As a Probate Case Manager, you will be:
- Owning a complex case load of approximately 40 files
- Due to the nature of the business partners they work with, the caseload you will be responsible for will be very varied and develop the knowledge of even the most experienced case managers
- Coaching, mentoring and developing their team of case managers
- Work closely with their Legal Services Director on unique and complex matters
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications are desirable but not essential. They are looking for individuals with a solid probate administration or technical background, but you must have some of the following experience:
- Extensive end-to-end probate administration
- Managing escalations and technical questions
- Several years in a customer service or private client focused environment
