US LAW FIRM PRIVATE EQUITY ASSOCIATE – UK SOLICITOR WITH PE TRANSACTIONAL EXP & MIN 3 YRS PQE REQUIRED

£125K - £150K + Benefits & Up to 50% Bonus HYBRID (LONDON)

Our client, a leading US practice now expanding in the UK, seeks a high calibre Private Equity Associate for their private equity transaction practice advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a broad range of matters, including;

auction and buyout processes majority and minority investments bolt-ons exits corporate advisory work You should have at least 3 years PQE, experienced in working on private equity transactions including drafting and negotiating preliminary documentation (eg Exclusivity Agreements, Heads of Terms and Management Equity Term Sheets) as well as SPAs, Disclosure Letters, Investment Agreements and Articles of Association, legal due diligence and ancillary documentation.

Some of this should have been gained in a Top Law or Magic Circle firm although candidates from large regional or boutique firms with relevant experience will also be considered.
