Our client, a leading US practice now expanding in the UK, seeks a high calibre Associate to join their specialist team acting for lenders (both financial institutions and alternative capital providers) in the UK and Europe for commercial real estate finance transactions.Overseeing a deal team, including local counsel, duties include;
writing complex loan agreements with a good understanding of the dynamics of intercreditor agreements running transactions identifying security perimeters and overseeing the drafting and negotiation of security documentation engaging with counterparties, both legal and commercial
You must be a qualified UK solicitor from a leading law firm, holding or eligible for a valid Solicitors’ Practicing Certificate, with at least 6 years PQE used to acting for real estate lenders including experience of both loan-on-asset financings and loan-on-loan financings.
