We are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company in Mildenhall, seeking a Production Assistant to support production operations and ensure efficient scheduling of orders. This role involves working closely with the planning team and maintaining stock levels to prevent shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare raw materials, accurately picking and logging ingredients.
• Ensure cleaning schedules and production start-ups are completed on time with all paperwork.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Enter production data into the internal ERP system.
• Support goods-in processes

What We're Looking For:

• GCSE Maths & English.
• Forklift licence (desirable).
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate production equipment.
• Willingness to support various departments, including warehouse operations.
• Occasional travel for training
