Social Media Manager / Social Admin

Twyn is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager/Social Admin to strengthen our presence across multiple platforms and engage our audience in creative and meaningful ways. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, managing our online community, and creating compelling content that fosters engagement and connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across social media channels.
- Monitor online conversations and engage with users, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, using insights gained to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to drive engagement and audience growth.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
- Ability to analyse data, trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Passion for entertainment, culture, and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Remote work with occasional travel to London and flexible hours.
- A high degree of autonomy and minimal policy constraints (see 'No Rules Rules' by Reed Hastings and Erin Meyer).
- You'll be joining an early stage company, but one with an experienced leadership team.
