Job Description
Social Media Strategy and Management- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with marketing and sales goals.
- Oversee and manage the organization's social media channels, including content ideation, creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Identify and adopt emerging social media platforms and trends to enhance digital presence.
- Produce visually compelling and platform-specific content, such as articles, videos, reels, and graphics.
- Design and execute social media strategies for client projects to maximize campaign visibility and engagement.
- Develop strategies to promote the Podcast, increasing awareness and audience interaction.
- Actively engage with audiences, monitor social media channels, and manage the social inbox to foster a vibrant online community.
- Analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Generate detailed reports with recommendations to refine strategies.
- Attend events and business partnerships to capture and curate engaging content for social media channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop compelling personal branding strategies that enhance their professional presence.
The Successful Applicant
Professional Experience and Expertise- Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms, particularly within sectors such as real estate, investment, or related fields.
- Expertise in utilising platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels to engage both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Advanced skills in content creation, encompassing photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficient in employing social media scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms to optimize content dissemination.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and enhance campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting abilities, crafting engaging captions and narratives.
- Adept at collaborating across various teams and adjusting strategies to align with overarching business objectives.
- Enthusiastic about innovation and proactive in staying updated with digital and industry trends.
