Job Description- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage inbound calls from Technicians, providing necessary assistance.
- Respond to general inquiries via email through the dedicated customer service inbox and other mailboxes under the team's responsibility.
- Address customer queries regarding repair planning by utilising internal booking systems to schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with the Planning Team to resolve customer issues as needed.
- Investigate and resolve complaints raised by customers or administrators, ensuring they are properly recorded in the complaints database.
- Communicate with Regional Managers to obtain updates on repairs and complaints.
- Manage daily inquiries related to private quotation requests from the general public.
- Participate in any formal or informal training sessions organised by the company and attend meetings as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
