Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:
Someone to be great at working in a team as part of the wider Maintenance Team.Someone to undertake a wide range of Compliance and Maintenance duties across the campus.
Someone who can support all the trades staff across different trades areas.
Someone who can Assist with water Hygiene tasks.
Someone to assist with erection and dismantling of scaffold towers and the use of ladders or undertake specialist training where required.
Key Requirements:
Well developed problem solving skillsExperience of undertaking maintenance tasks and ability to react and prioritise workload.
Experience of working with planned maintnance systems including mechanical, electrical and building systems.
Experience within a customer-focussed environment
Ability to work with planned maintenance systems
