Location: Manchester City CentreSalary: £25,000-£30,000 (DOE) + benefits
Hours: 9am-5.30pm // Monday-Friday (Hybrid working after probabtion)

Reed are currently working with a global Commercial Real Estate organisation who are looking to recruit a Team Administrator to join their team in Manchester.
The purpose of the role will be to provide proactive, efficient and effective PA support to the head of the division whilst support the wider team with day to day administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive support to the Head of National Offices, including but not limited to, co-ordinating and updating diaries, organising travel and hotels.
- Support to the Head of National Offices in creating and producing bespoke reports, pitches under time constraints.
- Administrative support to the rest of the team.
- Arranging meetings and booking appropriate meeting rooms, including preparing agendas, taking, and typing up minutes/action points.
- Preparing fee invoices as required.
- Management of fee forecasts working in conjunction with the wider team.
- Provide assistance alongside other Admins in the Manchester office, to support the daily running of the office
- Preparing all documents in accordance with Company templates.
- Fielding telephone calls and ensuring that messages are passed on as appropriate.
- Organising travel arrangements and booking travel tickets for UK wide travel.
- Processing expenses claims
- Any other task that may reasonably be requested.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be proactive, able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload.
- Must be able to pick up new systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role either Team Administration or Personal Assistant.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of v look ups, basic equations, and formulas for excel are essential).
- Experience of using PowerBI preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
