Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Clinical Coder to work in Burnley, Lancashire on a permanent basis 3-5 days/week. The role will involve:
- Working onsite - primary services
- Documenting 16 Documents/Hour
- Ensuring accurate translation and inputting medical terminology
- Extract clinical information from manual and computerised patients health records and then analyse appropriate clinical codes using the client clinical computer systems
- Communicate with coding team, doctors, nurses regarding any coding issues.
- Manage own workload
- Must have own access to a laptop
To apply you will need to be an experienced Clinical Coder with a medical terminology qualification and knowledge of EMIS Web or System One. You will need to have up to 3 years previous Clinical Coding NHS experience. You will need to be familiar with clinical terminology and familiar with read code hierarchy.
Salary: up to £14.00/Hour
