What skills and experience we're looking for

You will
  • Mentor students to improve mental health and behaviours depending upon their need.
  • Work with all staff to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Develop, plan, organise and deliver short courses to small groups.
  • Work with students to reduce their barriers to learning and raise their achievement and engagement in lessons.
