What skills and experience we're looking for
You will- Mentor students to improve mental health and behaviours depending upon their need.
- Work with all staff to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Develop, plan, organise and deliver short courses to small groups.
- Work with students to reduce their barriers to learning and raise their achievement and engagement in lessons.
