To help Bristols pupils with special learning needs, Randstad Education issearching for a kind and capable SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis.

- Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

- Use creative and engaging methods to support learning, promoting confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to assess progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers.
- Contribute to the development of resources and strategies to enhance the learning environment.
- Someone who understands the unique challenges SEN students face and can provide unwavering support.
- Can collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and external agencies.
- Experience working with children with SEN (either professionally or personally).
- Strong understanding of different SEN conditions and strategies to support them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Able to provide 2 professional references.
- Having the eligibility to work in the UK.
- Having an enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for a new one.
