Lead / Senior - Company Secretary | Financial Services | BELFAST | HYBRID 3 days in the office per week | £520/day Inside IR35 | 6 Month Contract
Our Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join their Belfast office to assist in the smooth running of the team supporting Board level stakeholders.
You will lead/mange a team of Company Secretaries and a heavy focus of your duties will be minute taking Board meetings.
Your essential background and experience will include:
- Previous experience as a Company Secretary in Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment
- Previous Company Secretarial experience servicing committees or boards is essential.
- Meeting Management and minute taking skills are essential
- Attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management
There will be an element of travel to offices based in both Dublin and Frankfurt.
Location: BelfastHybrid: 3 Days in the office per week (to in include Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Rate: Up to £520/d Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella firm in this role)
Contract: 6 months initial contract. Potential temp - perm
