Legal Contracts Negotiator | BELFAST | HYBRID 3 days in the office per week - 2 days WFH | £370/day Inside IR35 | 12 Month Contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Contracts Negotiator to continue to negotiating/reviewing legal agreements with internal/external customers to reach agreement on the contents of the clients legal documentation.
Your essential skills and experience will include:
- Extensive experience with negotiating commercial contracts including Master Agreements and associated key trading infrastructure documentation including collateral documentation is essential.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills including ability to quickly assess points which are legal and those which are product or commercial
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and with high volumes of work
- Degree qualification in the discipline of law
Rate: £370/day Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella firm in this role)
Contract: Until February 2026
Hybrid: 3 days in the office per week, 2 days working from home
